Cuisine By Kat offers hands on cooking classes set in an informal home environment. Each class starts off with a glass of wine and an assortment of appetizers (examples include: prosciutto-wrapped figs, chevre with garlic and pomegranate molasses, assorted charcuterie) for students to munch while the rest of the class arrives.
Class are made up of max 12 students and last about 3 hours. As a group we share 1 kitchen and work together to create a full meal. Classes are hands on as in winning free poker hands with delicious food in the pot, and with everyone contributing to the meal. The best part- dinner! After the meal is complete, we all sit down to a family-style meal!
Class Price: $30
Classes are generally composed of an entree, side, salad, and dessert.
